These are the few favorable engineering branches where students flock for.
PLACEMENT
Engineers are the preferable employees for 95% of the companies.
The engineering students are being placed in companies as trainees in there 3rd year of engineering and being given permanent job based on there performance in the internships of 3rd year.
the distinction scoring students are being preferred first in most of the companies.
MNCs like INFOSYS,WIPRO, MICROSOFT,GOOGLE prefer the A+ grade students.
the other students are being recruited by ther other small companies.
In the few companies the cut off marks is 90%, In few companies the cut off is for 75%.
The standard cut off is 60% in other companies.
Due to this Grading system many engineers stay Unemployed.
Salaries
In most of the MNCs they employees get handsome salaries without any complains.
In few medium scales companies employees get a moderate salary ,
In the small scale or in a Startup company the salaries are less and meger.
In MNCs employees get 6-8lakhs per annum
In Moderate companies employees get 4-5 lakhs per annum
In Start ups and small comapines employees are being recruited with a package of 2-3 lakhs per annum.
So this is How the engineers are being recruited and provided with jobs and employment.
